Conference Fees explained:

Symposium and Workshop Participation Fees include:

Attendance to all conference and poster sessions, soft drinks, delegate coffee breaks with finger food and drinks, delegate lunch on the days of the booked Workshops/Symposium as well as digital proceedings of the booked Workshops/Symposium.

Registration Instruction for speakers and poster presenters:

Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one registered author before 31 August 2019. Each registered author can be associated to no more than two accepted papers per event. One author per accepted paper is eligible for a special reduced participation fee (speaker/poster) as long as registration is made by 31 August 2019. After that date, the fee for “Speaker late registration” and “Poster Late registration” apply. Please note that, if you register as an author, you must provide the submission ID number when registering.

Registration for students:

Please note that during online registration, students must prove their current enrolment. Post-docs are not eligible to register at student rates.

Double/triple Speakers & Poster Presenters

If you are a speaker or poster presenter in two or three of the Dublin conferences, we kindly ask you to contact us directly with your request at support@doo.net in order to ensure you receive all your speaker or poster discounts.

Payment Options

  • Bank transfer until 23 September 2019, PayPal and credit card until 8 October 2019.
  • Manual changes and/or amendments of the online registration (e.g. change of person or invoice address) will trigger a processing fee of up to Euro 75.00 (including VAT).
  • When registering on site, you can pay in cash or by credit card.
  • On Site: Students can still register for the student fee (see table below) but need to pay an on-site service charge of 40,- EUR.

Booking more than one person?

Several tickets can be booked at once during online registration, but only for the same type of participation. If your company sends two persons as regular participants, just choose “regular participant” here and then choose 2 tickets during online registration.

In contrast: if your company sends one speaker E-Mobility (with valid submission ID), one poster Solar (with valid submission ID) and one regular participant, you need to choose speaker E-Mobility and finish the speaker registration, before returning to this page and proceedings with the two remaining separate registrations.

Private Person Booking:

Only B2B bookings will be processed via the online registration platform. If you are not affiliated with any company, university or institution, please send an email with your registration request (and a list of all items you wish to book) to: support@doo.net
