Online Registration & Participation Fees

Online registration is now closed!

• The following tables show both the gross prices (incl. 16% German V.A.T. | marked in bold) as well as the net prices (excl. V.A.T.).
• Fees excl. V.A.T. apply for non-German companies with EU V.A.T. ID (plus UK) ONLY [reverse charge]!
• Participation fees in our online registration platform will be displayed as gross value only.

* The reduced speaker fees only apply for the conference you are presenting in. For the other conferences regular fees apply.

• FULL Solar conference tickets (Speaker, Student, Regular Participant) allow access to the complete virtual 10th Solar & Storage Integration Workshop on 5 November 2020 via our video conference platform and via a video on demand service for 4 weeks after the event.
• FULL Solar conference tickets also include digital proceedings of the 10th Solar & Storage Integration Workshop.
• Single Session Tickets allow streaming of the booked recorded session via a video on demand service for 4 weeks after the event (no live participation).

Each accepted paper must be associated with at least one registered author before 12 October 2020. Each registered author can be associated to no more than two accepted papers per event. One author per accepted paper is eligible for a special reduced participation fee (speaker) as long as registration is made by 12 October 2020. After that date, the fee for “Speaker late registration” applies. Please note that, if you register as an author, you must provide the submission ID number when registering.

Please note that during online registration, students must prove their current enrolment. Post-docs are not eligible to register at student rates.
