Dinner

The Solar Dinner on Monday, 19 October 2015, will be held at the Cook & Book in the eastern part of Brussels.

The evening will start with a reception at the "English Library" of the Cook & Book. Later on, we invite you to a buffet in the "greenhouse" of this unique restaurant.

Registration

The Solar Dinner is not included in the general registration fee. If you would like to participate you can book your ticket directly in Brussels at the registration desk. If you would like to participate, please register here:

As the number of seats for the dinner is limited, tickets are available on a first come, first served basis.
The price is 96.80 Euros incl. 21% VAT (80 Euros excl. VAT).

 

Transportation

All participants of the Solar Dinner will get transportation by bus between the conference hotel and the restaurant.

How to get there

Workshop participants that will not use the shuttle bus and will therefore arrive individually can either take a taxi or the subway until "Roodebeek" station right in front of the Cook & Book restaurant. Further information on how to get there can be found here. The Solar Dinner will be held in "Bloc B" of the Cook & Book.

Please do not forget to bring your dinner voucher which will be handed to you during the workshop registration.
