Registration

Online registration for both workshops and the accompanying events (tutorial, dinner events, study trip) is now closed.

Due to high demand, on-site registration will not be possible for all options including the Wind Integration Workshop on 15 November. You can however still register on-site for the Solar Integration Workshop, Wind Integration Workshop from 16-17 November as well as all Dinners, Tutorials and the Study Trip.

• For German participants: Bank transfer, SEPA debit note and credit card until 06 November 2016.
• For international participants: Bank transfer until 09 October 2016. SEPA debit note and credit card until 06 November 2016.
• For all payments by credit card a surcharge of 10 Euro has to be paid.
• When registering on site, you can pay in cash or by credit card.
• On Site: Students can still register for a reduced fee (for most options) but need to pay an on-site service charge of 20,- EUR.

If you are a student and accepted as speaker or poster presenter, you may choose the lower student fee. Please note that you need to upload a copy of your student ID (scan or photo) after the registration process in order to receive the student discount.

If you are interested in proceedings of previous workshops you can order them during the registration process as soon as the registration has started. Please note that a few editions are already sold out and are therefore not listed.

The ordered proceedings (printed paper version) will be handed over to you on-site in Vienna. Prices do not include shipment.
